  • Obtain HFE letter

  • Search for flat and obtain Option to Purchase from flat seller

  • Confirm mode of financing 

  • Submit Request for Value

  • Convert In-Principle Approval  (IPA) into a letter of offer(LO)

Resale Application

  • Submit resale application

  • Acknowledge resale document

  • Pay fees

  • Get resale approval

Resale Completion 

  • Attend completion appointment

Sell A HDB(Seller)

Plan, Source and Contract

  • Register Intent to Sell

Resale Application

  • Submit resale application (after buyer has exercised Option to Purchase)

  • Endorse documents and pay fees

  • Get resale approval

    if applying for a home near to your parents, up to 30% of BTO/SBF are allocated to you under the Married Child Priority Scheme.
